- Codeyard will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by the client during the course of the project.
- The client agrees to keep the terms of the agreement and any proprietary information confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Codeyard will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or system outages.
- Codeyard is not responsible for third-party services, software, or content that may be linked to or integrated with the website.
8. Warranty and Maintenance
- Codeyard offers a limited warranty period during which any bugs or issues related to the development work will be addressed at no additional cost. This does not cover issues caused by third-party actions or negligence.
- Maintenance and ongoing updates may be provided as a separate service, and clients must enter into a separate agreement for ongoing support.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms in the agreement.
- If terminated before completion, the client will be responsible for paying for services rendered up until the point of termination.
